Our training program is broken up into a checklist of tutorial steps that will cover the setup of your program. You should remain in close communication with your OpenWater consultant to ensure that you are following best practices and that everything is setup in the optimal fashion. Each tutorial step has a corresponding walkthrough guide on our help center.

If you get stuck at any point, do not hesitate to reach out to your OpenWater consultant and schedule a call to review your progress.

Your consultant will go as fast as you go. The entire training and onboarding process typically takes four to six weeks. However, some customers have completed their setup in a matter of days, and other customers take a more leisurely pace.

Customers who have purchased Full Software Setup by OpenWater will simply send us all of their materials and documents and our implementation team will take it from there.
